To register for Baseball or Softball please print and complete the registration form AND a medical release form.

Curfew Notice

Beachside Little League Curfew is 10:00 p.m. At 10:00 p.m. all game play will stop immediately. Consult the rules for score and winner determination.

Accidents or Injuries

An Injury Tracking Form must be completed after every injury or incident whether minor or major and must be submitted to the VP of Baseball and the Safety Officer.

PDF Display Issue: By default, Adobe Acrobat is set to display a PDF in your browser. If you have a problem displaying a PDF document, you can try holding the SHIFT key when you click the document name. If you would like to eliminate this issue altogether, set Adobe Acrobat to disable the browser display feature.
